Custom-made, resized, engraved or otherwise personalised products may have different return conditions or may be non-returnable where permitted by law.
Approved refunds are processed to the original eligible payment method after inspection and acceptance of the return.
Original or return shipping charges, customs duties and taxes may be non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
